The oil should be replenished in time, and the mixing of two different brands of hydraulic oil should be avoided as much as possible.
2. Check whether the oil suction filter of the stacker is blocked, which can be judged according to the noise after the hydraulic pump is started.
3. Clean the dust and dust on the outer surface of the hydraulic system of the entire electric stacker, and at the same time focus on checking whether there is any leakage at the components and joint mating surfaces.
4. If the pipe joint is loose, it should be tightened, but not too tight, because if it is too tight, it will cause deformation and increase the leakage.
5. Regularly check the pollution of the hydraulic oil of the electric stacker. When checking, you can insert the glass tube into the bottom of the oil storage tank to take a sample, and drop it on the filter paper. If there is a yellow ring pattern, it indicates that the hydraulic oil is slightly polluted, and you don’t need to change the oil temporarily; if there is a dark black dot pattern, it means Indicates hydraulic oil poisoning pollution, should
The immediate lubricious hydraulic oil.
6. After operation, check whether the hydraulic oil in the oil storage tank has turned white. If there are, it means that there are a lot of air bubbles in it, and you should try to find out the cause.
2. Fork deformation maintenance method
During the lifting process of the electric forklift, the rollers, forks, and forks all play a very important role, so how are these parts repaired:
1. Overhaul of the main roller and side roller of the electric stacker
The wear traces of the main roller and side roller should be uniform, and the wear limit is along the direction of the diameter, the main roller is 0.1mm, and the side roller is 0.5mm, otherwise it should be replaced.
2. Overhaul of fork frame and fork of electric stacker
a. The opening size of the upper and lower clamping irons of the fork of the electric stacker, the standard is 27mm, and the use limit is 29mm. When this limit is exceeded, it should be repaired in time.
b. Check whether there are any cracks or open welding at the welding place of the upper and lower clamping irons of the fork. If there is any defect, it must be repaired in time.
c. Flaw detection inspection is required for the stress-bearing parts of the yoke and the fork surface. When cracks appear, they should be dealt with in time.
d. There should be no cracks or open welding at the welding part during the winter vacation, and the deformation of the beam should not exceed 2mm. If the protective frame is deformed and open welding, it should be reshaped in time and re-welded.
e. Install the shelf and fork, the thickness and length of the selected fork should be approximately equal.
f. When the shelf and the fork are loaded on the carriage, the upper planes of the two forks should be kept in the same plane, and there should be no height or misalignment.
g. The level difference between the two fork points exceeds 5mm, the length difference exceeds 10mm, the wear in the fork length direction is less than 40mm of the standard size, the front end of the fork point is ground into a tangled shape, the fork is bent and deformed, or the angle between the fork surface and the fork arm is greater than 90° , these phenomena should be replaced or repaired.
